1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within
7 days of delivery at info@homvexa.store with clear photos or a short
video showing the issue. Once verified, we will provide a full refund
(including original shipping) or a free replacement — you do not need to
send the item back to us.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (Non-EU Customers)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if you simply changed
your mind. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return
shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Given international
shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund as an alternative to a
physical return — contact us to discuss the best option for your situation.

3. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are an EU resident, you have the legal right to withdraw from your
purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, use the "Request Cancellation" option on your order
confirmation page/email, or email us at info@homvexa.store with your
order number.
We will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs,
within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. You are responsible
for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@homvexa.store with your order number and reason for return.
We respond within 24-48 hours with next steps and, if applicable, a return
authorization and shipping instructions.

5. REFUND TIMELINE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your
original payment method. EU cancellations are refunded within 14 days as
required by law. Bank processing may add a few extra days.

6. SHIPPING DELAY POLICY

If your order cannot be shipped within the estimated delivery window shown
at checkout, we will notify you and offer the choice to continue waiting
or cancel for a full refund.
